🦀 ปูม้าเราได้จากเรือเล็กของชาวบ้านไปดักปูในช่วงเช้า เข้าฝั่งช่วงบ่าย เมื่อได้ปูเป็นๆ ชั่งน้ำหนักเรียบร้อย เราจะนำไปต้มทันที จากนั้นเข้าตู้แช่แข็ง รับประกันความสด แน่น แน่นอนค่ะ
🐟 ปลาอินทรีย์ ก็มาจากเรือเล็กของชุมชนชาวประมง ขึ้นจากเรือชั่งน้ำหนักแล้วหั่นเป็นชิ้นๆ เข้าตู้แช่แข็งทันที รับประกันไม่แช่น้ำยาเพื่อรักษาความสด เหมือนปลาตามตลาดทั่วไป หรือตามห้างใหญ่ๆ
🐠 ส่วนทอดมัน ใช้ปลาอินทรีย์สดๆ ไม่ผสมแป้ง รสชาติจัดจ้านตามสไตล์ภาคตะวันออก
🦞 กุ้งของเรามาจากอวนลอย คือ เรือลำเล็กที่ออกไปหากุ้ง ปู ปลา ตอนเช้ากลับเข้าฝั่งตอนบ่าย ทำให้ได้ของสดกว่าเรือลำใหญ่ ซึ่งต้องดองน้ำแข็งมาประมาณหนึ่งอาทิตย์กว่าเรือจะเข้าฝั่ง
